Hey y'all my name is Michelle, but I most often respond to 'babe' or 'mom'. I'm a Starbucks coffee sipper, lover of sugar, and a dreamer of big dreams. I serve others with my heart wide open, especially those closest to me. I am a caregiver by nature. When you book with me, you get more than a photographer. You get a baker, a seamstress, a decorator, and most importantly, a friend. I will do anything and everything in my power to make sure your session with me is perfect!

Wedding photography and lifestyle photography are my favs! Documenting a story that words could never properly tell is my goal for your family.

My approach to sessions is relaxed, light-hearted, and almost always full of laughter. 

I want these photos to bring a smile to your face every time you see them. But even more than that, I want your family and friends to have tangible memories long after we are gone.

It is my job to provide you with more than just photos, but an experience from inquiry through delivery of your gallery.

I will guide you the entire process, providing you with an experience you’ll look forward to each year.

My name is Ashley. I wear many hats in this beautiful adventure of life, including Wife, Mother, Godmother, Aunt, Sister, and Daughter to name just a few. I am a Jesus loving, sunset chasing, music blasting, Buckeye Football Fanatic, good ol’ small town girl. 

My passion for photography comes from my Grandmother, and probably not for the reasons you think (laughing) …. She was and always will be the best woman I’ve ever known, but her stubbornness in front of a camera left our family with very minimal photos of her after she passed. Preserving the memories of the people we have loved in our life is one of the most important investments you can leave for generations to come. 

I have a great love for family, children, animals and nature in my photography. With each session, prepare to laugh, be comfortable, and feel loved! I want my clients to feel as though we are family, so they want to continue to return year after year.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to step behind the lens at Small Town Photography. I hope you will come along this journey with me.

I am so glad you’re here – my name is Amber. I was born and raised on a farm and I absolutely love being outside. However, camping is not my style, I’m more of a glamping kind of person. My favorite color is sunset. I have 4 dogs, yes 4, that keep me busy. I love football season, especially The Ohio State University. I also coach softball and love mentoring.

I’ve always been interested in photography and am so thankful my path crossed with Michelle. We show up to events wearing the same things, finishing each other’s sentences, and just click like so many ‘old’ friends do. Shhh… we met in 2022! Michelle showed me the ins/outs of a camera and let me watch her edit – let me tell ya… that is a SKILL that you do not master overnight. I decided ‘behind the scenes’ is a better fit for me and that’s where I live as Social Media Manager.

I’ve done direct sales, I’ve worked in social networking, and I have taken leadership courses in social media. What a great combo to add value to Small Town Photography’s success! So, when you see me, at your photo shoot, I’ll likely be ‘behind the scenes’ snapping a few pictures or videos to show the world how magical the touch of Small Town Photography is.
